This mini skirt is AMAZING!!! I have bought it so far in red, white, and blue. It is very short, I attached a picture with a hairbrush to illustrate.
The quality of the material is simply incredible, it is a heavy material with a pleat, or ruffle. It stands up to washing and has not faded at all. Also it stretches so will easily fit most. I'm 37.5 inches at the hips. Depending on the look you are going for, it pairs well with heels for a more sexy kinda look, or casual shoes for more of a cute look.
I get tons of compliments every time I wear one of these, highly recommend!!!
