    1. What items can't be returned?

    The items marked as flash sale, final sale & special sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue.

    All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any item(s) that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund and return.
    2. I received the wrong item. What should I do?

    We always want to ensure that we get you all your faves! If we made a mistake and sent the wrong item, don't worry - we'll make it right! Incase you receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us(service@avidlove.com) and we'll try and sort it out for you as soon as possible.

    Make sure to include the information below:

    1) Your order number

    2) Product name or SKU number (you can find this in your confirmation email)

    3) Describe the damage/defects and provide clear photos

    3. What should I do if my package is missing an item?

    If you've received a package with an item missing, it's most likely one of two things:

    1) To get your orders to you as fast as possible, some orders may arrive in separate packages. Check your confirmation email to see if your order will arrive in multiple packages.

    2) If you have not received your entire order by the expected delivery date, please contact our Customer Care Team(service@avidlove.com) so we can look into this for you as quickly as possible

    4. Where should I send my returns?

    Once you submit your request for return, we will send you the return address.
    Please ONLY ship it to the return address that we provide and not to the address on your original package or your return will not be received.

    5. When can I expect my refund?

    Once we receive your return, please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your returns.

    PayPal account refunds: Up to 48 hours

    PCredit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days

    PFor some debit and credit card refunds to the original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Order Issue
    1. Why didn't I get an email about my order being shipped?

    Normally, an email with your tracking number will be sent to your account email address once the order is shipped out.

    If you did not receive this email, you can check the following situations:

    1. Please check whether the email address you used to placed the order is correct.

    2. Please check your junk folder to see whether the email was misplaced.

    3. Please check the order status in your account to see whether it is shipped.

    2. How do I update my billing address?

    Your billing address was set when you registered your bank account. Please contact your card issuer if your billing address needs to be updated.
    3. What should I do if I receive the wrong item that I didn't order?

    Please contact us ASAP. Email (service@avidlove.com) us with your order number, information regarding the problem, and provide pictures if there is any damage and/or quality issues.

    1. What should I do if I never received my order?

    Please verify all of your shipping details were correct. If you find that your details were filled out incorrectly or need further assistance, please contact our Customer Care Team(service@avidlove.com) with the order number and we'll be happy to help.
    2. Can I have my order redirected to a different address?(shipped)
    Shipping & Delivery

    Please note that once your order has been shipped and in transit, we will not be able to update the shipping address.

    If the original address is a valid address, the parcel will be delivered there. You can contact your local post office when it arrives there, to see if they are still able to forward the package or redirect it for you.

    If the original address is invalid, your package will be undeliverable and returned to our warehouse. You can contact our Customer Care Team(service@avidlove.com) with the order number. We'll be more than happy to help!

    2. What should I do if there is a payment error?

    If you are experiencing error messages when making a payment, please make sure you've entered all of your card information correctly. If you continue to receive the payment error message, you will need to contact your bank or card issuer.

    All you need to do to join our loyalty and rewards program is create an account with us. Then you can start earning VIP Points immediately.

    AVIDLOVE VIP Rewards is our free loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop. The more you spend, the more rewards and benefits you'll earn, which can be applied to future purchases!

    2. What benefits do I get from AVIDLOVE Rewards?

    You'll earn AVIDLOVE VIP points with every purchase. The higher your VIP level, the higher the percentage of points you earn. Learn more. You can redeem points for free products, free shipping, and deeper discounts. As you move up in our program, You'll unlock new rewards.
    3. How is my tier status determined?

    Your tier level is determined by the total amount of your purchases with us.
    Silver: Earn 1 extra point for every $1 spent on purchases of $150 or more, free shipping.
    Gold: Earn 2 extra points for every $1 spent on purchases of $300 or more, free shipping, and 15% off all products.
    Platinum: Earn 4 extra points for every $1 spent on purchases of $500 or more, free shipping, and 20% off all products.
    Diamond: Earn 9 extra points for every $1 spent on purchases of $800 or more, free shipping, and 25% off all products.
    4. What happens if I return my items?

    When you return an item, the points associated with the amount spent on the original purchase will be deducted from your account and will no longer count toward your tier status.
    5. Is my tier status for life?

    No. Your tier status resets on a one-year rolling basis, so make sure you have enough points to maintain your tier and all the amazing perks that come with it!
    6. Can I transfer my Points or Rewards?

    No. AVIDLOVE Points can only be earned on purchases made while logged into your account and cannot be transferred to other accounts. Your VIP Rewards membership can only be associated with one account. Points earned on multiple accounts cannot be combined.
    7. How will I receive my birthday gift?

    All members who have provided their birthday information will receive a special birthday surprise during their birthday month. You'll be notified by email, so it's important to opt into our marketing emails. Instructions for redemption will be included in the email.
