Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Conditions
- All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any item(s) that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.
- The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, including lingerie, swimwear, items with non-returnable marks, and free gifts, please contact our Support Center first for the above items if they have issues.
Do I Have To Pay For Shipping When I Return Something?
- 1. If the product is returned due to the consumer's personal reasons, the return freight shall be borne by the consumer. The specific cost is subject to the courier company you choose.
- 2. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, consumers can return and exchange the goods for free without having to bear the shipping cost of the return or exchange.
- 3. If you choose the shipping method with the return insurance when you placed an order, you don't need to pay for the fee of the return again when you want to return items.

- Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. - Please make sure you don't include items not from Avidlove by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you..
- Please note that we only offer Exchanges for the same item in a different size or different color, if available, and you are only allowed an Exchange 1 Time Per Item.
- If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.
How to make a return?
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at service@avidlove.com to request the exchange/return.
Step 2: Upon receipt of your exchange/return request, our customer service representative will email you the exchange/return instructions and the exchange/return address.Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, please allow 1 to 3 business days to process your returns.
- PayPal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
- Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
- For some debit and credit card refunds to the original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
- The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@avidlove.com.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
