International-warehouse orders to listed destinations normally need 3–5 business days for processing plus 7–15 business days in transit; stock transfers can add another 3–7 business days. Other worldwide destinations can take 10–25 business days in transit. Delivery dates are estimates, so order early for a fixed celebration date and follow the tracking link after shipment.

Can lingerie gifts be returned?

Yes. Request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused and unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached; panties and swimsuits must also keep their protective adhesive strip. Flash sale, final sale and special sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue. Customers pay return shipping for personal-reason returns; AVIDLOVE covers return or exchange shipping when the item is damaged or incorrect.
